Are you ready to ditch dieting for good? Get your non-binding free mini coaching call first and let’s have a chat about your relationship with food, movement and/or body image. I’ll be happy to see how I can help you and get you started!

1:1 coaching program
You’ll get weekly 1 hour calls following my signature method to achieve the freedom that is also tailored to your specific needs and desires. In addition, you’ll get many printable tools that will help you along the way to your healthy freedom.

Follow-ups
Optionally, you can also opt-in for monthly follow-ups after the 12 weeks program is finished. Here I’ll give you extra support, love and guidance to keep you on track and thrive.

I’m Eline
Before I achieved my own freedom, I was just like many other girls. The fear of weight gain, what to eat and the constant punishment at the gym consumed my everyday life. However, today, I eat and move with joy, I’ve found my happy weight with confidence, and I have more energy than ever before. I got my life back! My lifelong mission is for you to achieve and experience the same freedom I do every day. I know finding this freedom, health and happiness is possible for you too!
The coaching program in details
The 1:1 individualised coaching program is for you if you’re ready to quit dieting and want to press play on life based on your own happiness, health and freedom.
This is what you’ll get:
Kick-off day:
We’ll begin your journey with an initial 90 minutes session to go through the program, your goals and needs as well as give you a head start on ditching diets.
Weekly coaching sessions:
60 minutes private video calls where we go through the individualised program step by step each week to educate and guide you towards your own freedom.
Individualised calls:
You’ll be able to choose what you want the 2 last calls to be about. If there’s anything you would love more insight to, or need more guidance in, we’ll cover that in the last 2 calls of the program.
BONUS:
A PDF workbook created to support you throughout your journey towards freedom, it contains assignments, affirmations, a journal section, illustrations and tips to work through and reflect on after and before each coaching session.
