Instead of trying to fit into a certain mold or conform to societal expectations, embrace your uniqueness and celebrate your individuality. If you find yourself comparing yourself with others or feeling low because of someone beautiful and successful you saw on social media, consider deleting them! Do a social media detox! Delete the people that makes you feel bad about yourself, limit your screen time, and add people in your following that brings you joy and energy.

Self-care is key!

Make sure to prioritize activities that bring you joy and relaxation, and make time for rest and self-care. Self-care include the basics as wholesome nutrition, intuitive movement, sleep optimization, stress management and any additional health care if needed. Another aspect of self-care is recreational activities, like hobbies and other fun stuff that fills up your cup. If you don’t focus on self-care, you’ll eventually start feeling low. In turn that will make you feel worse about yourself, your life and lower your manifesting vibration.

So, as you practice self-acceptance, you may find that self-love comes more easily over time. Remember that self-love is a journey, and it’s okay to start small and build up gradually. With patience, self-awareness, and self-compassion, you can cultivate a deep and lasting sense of love and acceptance for yourself.
